Knocknagoshel Angling Association is based on the RIVER OWVEG which is a tributary of the River Feale in North Kerry.The Association was founded in 1997.
It is a trout fishery with angling for both sea and brown trout.
Membership is open to local residents and visiting anglers and includes both Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance.
The Association also provides wheelchair access from the road to approx 500m of riverbank.(see link) and the Association is also a lead partner in Knocknagoshel Sports and Recreational Association Ltd. which provides gym sauna and exercise facilities.
